Highly Recommended!!
Highly recommended set on my 4th delivery. The ice pack/pads 2in1 are awesome, the underwear is far better than any others, liners and foam/pump are nice and cooling. I know it won’t be the same for everyone so take this lightly- but only 4 days PP and feeling great! Wish I had this kit with my first in 2013 <3

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Lifesaver for Postpartum Recovery!The Frida Mom Postpartum Recovery Kit was an absolute lifesaver after giving birth. Every item in the kit is so well thought out — it’s like they read a new mom’s mind. The disposable underwear is super soft and stretchy (way better than the hospital ones), and the cooling pad liners and witch hazel pad liners brought immediate relief.I loved how everything was individually packed and easy to use — which is so helpful when you’re sore, tired, and trying to figure out new motherhood. The peri bottle has a great angled design that made cleaning up so much easier and more comfortable.This kit gave me comfort, convenience, and the confidence to care for myself during those first tough weeks. Highly recommend it for every new mom — pack it in your hospital bag, trust me!

I LOVED having this postpartum. I used all of the items and ended up having to buy more of the disposable underwear. They were super comfortable and I healed very fast. This peri bottle works way better than the one you get at the hospital!

Although I retuned this product when I personally ordered, because I received this same kit as a shower gift, this was a great product. The boy shorts, are a lot better quality than the ones at the hospital, more thick. The peri bottle works great after postpartum. The wipes were my favorite product in the kit. They’re similar to the name brand Tuck Pads, but they’re as long as a pad, vs the Tuck Pads being little round pads. With the Tuck pads you have to line your pads with 3-4 of them to get all areas medicated, but the wipes in this kit you only need one and it’s the full length so that was was really nice. The ice pack pads were nice and stayed cool like what the hospital gives you, but just awkward to wear. Overall this was a great product and recommend to any expecting mamas!

Great for first time moms
Even though the hospital gave me after care this was great back up. I liked the peri bottle in this then what the hospital gave. This made my recovery so easy and speedy! Definitely recommend for first time moms like myself when I ordered this.

A postpartum must have
This was one of my favorite baby shower gifts that I received, and I didn’t even know I needed it. Just purchased it as part of a baby shower gift for my sister in law. The kit contains all some essentials to be able to try and decide more of what is most comfortable for you. I didn’t love the foam but everything else in the kit I ordered more of when coming home from the hospital. The underwear are the best!

As a first-time mom, the Frida Postpartum Essentials Kit was an absolute lifesaver! It includes everything needed for recovery and made those first few weeks much more comfortable.The ice pads, peri bottle, and recovery underwear are especially helpful. Everything is well-designed, practical, and soothing for postpartum healing. I’m really glad I got this a must-have for new moms preparing for recovery after delivery

The peri bottle was not included, the box clearly says now included and shows the picture of the peri bottle so I’m unsure why this is not inside and there is a space where the bottle should be in the caddy.
Simple and beautiful look, exactly what I was going for. I think it’s a little overpriced but looks like frames in general are overpriced here in Canada. –
This has helped me so much in my postpartum recovery. It’s the perfect kit to make sure you’re healing properly and are comfortable after a vaginal delivery. I wish it came with a few more disposable underwear and ice pads.

It’s over rated, the panties are not free size, I’m size L and they are very tight , didn’t use, then the pads are so uncomfortable and bulky, definitely not worth buying.
