Comfortable, Reliable, and Discreet!
I recently tried these postpartum underwear, and they’ve been a lifesaver! They provide up to 12 hours of protection, which is perfect for both postpartum bleeding and occasional bladder leaks. The soft, cottony 4-way stretch fabric feels just like regular underwear, so they’re comfortable against sensitive skin. The super absorbent core is amazing—it turns liquid to gel quickly, keeping you dry and confident. I also love that they’re made without parabens, dyes, latex, or fragrances, making them gentle and safe. The sizing is great, fitting curves naturally, and the easy-open bags make them convenient for storage. Overall, these are discreet, reliable, and very comfortable—I highly recommend them for any new mom!

Great postpartum underwear for dry wear or just using tucks/dermoplast.
I’m usually a medium in undergarments, but I wasn’t sure if I should size up like I did during pregnancy. I still ended up going with the S/M size. At first, they felt tight compared to the fit of the Frida mom disposable underwear & the disposable underwear the hospital provided. However, after keeping them on for a bit, they felt very supportive. I like these when I’m going out of the house and want a dry wear or when I’m at home and want to just add tucks pads/dermoplast. I personally would not have room for an ice pack in these – that would feel too tight. These do not require an additional pad. They also do not make my belly/stretch marks as itchy as the Frida disposable underwear do.I’ve found that a combo of a few postpartum underwear products helps for using them when it best suits the situation. I really like these and know I’ll end up using them longer after I’m done with the ice packs and tucks. The do not have a fragrance and the cost is very fair for the amount you get! I really like these material, which provides a soft and less itchy wear.

Definitely a must for postpartum!
Definitely would use these with my next kiddo! Super absorbent and comfortable, no leakage and pretty true to size. They even fit postpartum ice packs well, also holding them in place. Very soft and often felt like I was wearing normal underwear. These were SO much easier to deal with than pads, and fit much more comfortably.

Good product!! No leaks! Comfy!!
Very good for postpartum! Only thing is I wish it had little tabs like actual baby diapers cause I had a hard time lifting my leg/s when having to change. Epi was mostly on my left side so I couldn’t really move it and when I was able to… well obviously some pain but overall good product, no leaks, I got an L but think I could’ve done an M but wanted to be comfortable and didn’t want to risk it. For reference I was 200lbs exactly when prego which was 2 weeks ago

Nice fit and very comfortable.
These are nice and soft great fit . Only thing i disliked was that they said fragrance free yet had a very strong odor to them .that is why I gave them a 4 star.

Would recommend and buy again.
Very comfortable and absorbent, never had any issues with leaking. I was worried about sizing but they do stretch a little to fit you perfectly so I would recommend getting your normal underwear size in them. They are not too thick or bulky, very functional to wear under clothing without it being very noticeable. No smells.

Worth buying
Better than what the hospital provided. Best for heavy postpartum flow. Then switch to something with less absorption because the chemicals started to burn my skin.

Needed Postpartum
Highly recommended — I had a c-section and these were more comfortable than my regular underwear. They never leaked and they did not rub on my incision. Honestly, I’d recommend these for people with heavy periods as well who don’t wear tampons. I am a size 12 (pre-baby) and the size large fit perfectly.
