Not much stuffing in the nest. Flimsy. Prob better for older children. My grandson is 6 weeks old so not really good for him.

Convenient, cushioned spot for babies
This baby nest is one of those things that is great when used correctly.To start, it has a removable cover that’s incredibly soft and washable. The insert forms a nest with raised cushioned sides surrounding the baby. It provides a nice clean, soft surface for the little one.There are important precautions when using nests. You want to keep a watchful eye on the infant at all times and never place it on a spot where the baby is endangered.Much as it comes in a carrying bag, once it’s expanded, it’s not going back into it. It’s lightweight so it is portable but it’s similar to carrying around a pillow.It is handy for those times when you want to put the baby down without having to take them to their crib or buckle them in a seat.

This is one of those things I didn’t know I needed, but absolutely needed during those early newborn days. My newborn made it abundantly clear he liked to be on a soft cozy surface. Although this isn’t safe sleep approved, it was great for laying my dude on it while we lounged on the couch. Kept him comfortable and cozy right next to me.
