Balmex is a very reputable name in baby care products, and this cream lives up to the reputation. Soft and easy to use. And works well! I love the little spatula that comes with it so you don’t have to put your hands in the jar. Very soft scent. Great moisture barrier to protect skin. I would get this again for sure!

Wonderful brand, great set with the silicone tool to help apply. We still put on gloves to help cleanup but this makes the cream process much easier. Very nice quality

Love the zinc oxide ingredient, mild scent
I only use diaper rash creams that contain zinc oxide, so this cream is right up my alley! In my experience as a grandparent, having raised children and been around kids for decades, creams with zinc oxide are the only ones that work for me! This cream is moderately thick and goes on with complete coverage, not running off or soaking into the skin like cheaper creams. I use another name brand cream that has a distinct smell to it; this Balmex cream does not have that same scent but another, more mild scent. My grandson had just some mild diaper rash yesterday and this cream applied well and the redness did go down. I have not had the chance to use it on severe redness yet.

Actually fixes diaper rash!
If you are ok with a non-organic cream, this will be a solid option for you. It truly does help improve diaper rash. It comes with a handy application stick to avoid getting the thick cream stuck on your fingers. I do not recommend this as a preventative measure. You should not use it on a daily basis; only when a rash is present. It truly did take care of a rash on our little one. It is a generous size for the price and from a trusted brand. I recommend it!
