It’s pretty good and I’ve bought it regularly a couple of times already. If you don’t want to pay for the expensive butt paste – this one works – the next one up.

This is our go to Diaper Rash Product
We have a special needs kiddo and have used probably every rash cream out there our only complaint is the outrageous price swings depending on the seller these can be $14.50-20+ per jar and we use 2-3 a month depending if we need to leave one or resupply somewhere.Whats not to love about something that works great not only to prevent rashes but have had rashes start to heal in a day or less. This is thick but still creamy enough to put a good coating on and the best part is its unscented (like desitin works great but honestly can’t stand the fishy smell) Also have learned from talking to the company the adult version is the same product just labeled for disabled adult or ones that wear diapers though you get slightly less I mention this as there was few months where the adult version was on sale or cheaper. our only complaint is you can’t use this with cloth diapers. So we have to use or make something else but the diaper caddy usually has few different creams so its really no big deal though wish we could use it because the natural ones are beyond stupid in price like saw one it was like $20 for 2oz like even for a baby 2oz isn’t much.Though we occasionally do use Desitin daily or other like was at church and forgot to repack the diaper bag and they have a basket with stuff for babies and other kiddos with special abilities for when you forget but will say this is the one we buy and use the most of and can’t recommend it enough also no matter needs just get a jar its cheaper in long run. My only wish is Amazon controlled the gouging as it happens

This is the top rash you will find for your baby. Do not use the one from the local stores because them are creamy this one is thick and cover perfect and healthy repairs pink baby skin within 1 hour.

I don’t buy anything else – Kid w/sensitive skin/baby eczema
This is a dream diaper cream (sorry for the cheesy rhyme) for both of my kids. Boy & girl, one with exceptionally sensitive skin/eczema & the other having a more “normal” skin type (but every tush needs extra care when in a soiled diaper for any length of time much less if it’s hot or other irritating factors exist). As the title of the review says, I don’t buy anything else.
