I bought the Burt’s Bees Baby Hooded Woven Terry Towels for my little one, and I’m really happy with the purchase. As a parent, I’ve tried a handful of baby towels, and most of them end up either too thin, too scratchy, or they don’t hold up well after a few washes. These are completely different.The organic cotton terry feels soft but still has enough thickness to actually dry my baby off quickly, which is something I’ve struggled with using thinner muslin towels. The hood is generously sized—it covers my baby’s head easily and keeps them cozy after bath time without slipping off. I’ve even used it with my toddler, and it’s big enough to work for them too, so I like that it will last through more than just the infant stage.Another plus is the quality of the stitching and weave. It feels durable and hasn’t frayed or thinned out, even after several washes. The fact that it’s organic cotton gives me peace of mind since my baby has sensitive skin, and I’ve noticed no irritation at all. The towels also come out of the dryer still soft, not stiff like some other brands I’ve owned.The style is simple and unisex, which I appreciate—it doesn’t scream “baby cartoon” and looks classic in the nursery. Very cute baby towel and washcloth set. The towel is cream, not pure white (compare to the white tag in the photo) and the pink is a soft tone. I like The design and absorbency but I only removed a star because it shipped in clear plastic and is not packaged for gifting. (I would have preferred boxed to gift).

Gorgeous & super soft. It came with a washcloth as well which was a nice little bonus. It also came packaged perfectly to drop into a gift box for a no fuss baby gift.That being said, I also reordered it for a fur baby with super sensitive skin. When she’s having a flare up, she can lose hair & the rougher texture of regular towels doesn’t help at all. She is also black so a lot of “softer” towels shed after washing and leave her covered in fuzz. This one, miraculously, is both soft enough to not aggravate her skin (or fur) & does not pill or shed after washing (and tumble drying).I’m actually here because I like it so well, I’m planning to order yet another for my own hair lol.
