Curious Baby Activity Cards – 2022 Baby Innovation Award Winner

We’ve been there, too, and we know it’s not easy to know how to play developmentally during the first year of baby’s life.
We created Curious Baby Activity Cards so that moms, dads, grandparents, and caregivers can spend quality time with baby that is both meaningful and stress-free.
Let us be your guide on what to do, why, and how to play together. We’ve done the research so that you can enjoy this precious time and bond with your little one.
THE PLAYBOOK FOR FIRST TIME PARENTS: After you bring your baby home from the hospital, there’s no instruction manual that comes with (surprise!). We’ll help you figure out what to do all day long and how to spend quality time together as your baby grows. Starting from birth and all the way until your baby’s first birthday.
MADE FOR QUARANTINE: Stuck at home? No problem. We’ve designed these activities to utilize the materials you already have around your house (ie., mirror, pots and pans, a pillow, etc). Skip the trip to the craft store and buying expensive toys to have fun.
DEVELOPMENTAL ACTIVITIES CREATED BY PEDIATRICIANS: Each of our activities has been backed with research and reviewed by our medical advisory team to promote one of the five key development areas for babies. The five areas include: fine motor and sensory development, gross motor/physical development, cognitive development, speech & language development, and emotional and social development.
A WHOLE YEAR OF PLAY: The activities are organized and color-coded based on the age of your baby. Starting from weeks 0-12 and moving up every three months, you’ll be able to use these cards throughout the entire first year of your little one’s life. The activities we suggest are appropriate to the stage of development that your baby is going through based on their age in months.
MILESTONES INCLUDED: For each 3 month stage, we’ll give you an overview of what you can expect for your baby’s development. When should your baby start to sit up? What about smiling? It’s all in the milestone cards to help prepare you for what’s coming soon. Our activity cards are printed on high-quality extra-thick card stock with a protective coating that feels great.

Perfect Baby Shower Gift — Thoughtful and Practical!
As a mom myself, I wanted to get my friend something truly useful — and this was it. She loved it! The cards are full of simple, research-backed baby activities that support development without needing a ton of prep. It’s organized, sturdy, and super easy to use (even during those sleep-deprived newborn days). Honestly, I wish I had this when I had my first!

Really cool
So I’ve got these because I always seen the loverey ones that are similar and I really wanted something to help me play with my young baby, some of the reviews made me a little hesitant because it just seemed like there wasn’t much on here but that’s not true. There is quite a bit of stuff on here you can do and use. They’re even better than the books. It is really pricey tho, I was a little iffy on getting it at first and I really was trying to find anything else that didn’t cost as much. So I believe if you bring down the price a little bit, you could sell these like crazy.

Engaging and Purposeful Activities
Full of fun ideas! I liked that there were suggested activities for such a wide range of ages. The activities were engaging and seemed to be of great value for my child while learning new skills. The books itself is a great toy since it’s durable and the pages don’t tear. I wish there were advanced activities that it had as well.

Teacher Approved!
As an elementary educator for 14+ years this product is great. I think the price is worth it for the convenience and information. Most teacher guide books are at this price point or higher.I love the quality and texture of the cards. I do understand why people consider the activities as information you already have read to do, but honestly you are more likely to do and remember the activity with a tactile card in front of you vs. reading passively online and forgetting later.I haven’t written a product review before, but felt like this product deserves the shout out. Well done!

No Guess-Work Short & Sweet Engagement Tips!
When you’re a first time parent and inexperienced, you’re likely wanting to everything right the first time, which can be stressful. Between adjusting to new life with baby and learning his/her routines, it can be hard to enjoy that first month let alone play with Baby. This handy book comes on a soft plastic ring and offers ideas and provides a rationale behind the activity. Perfect for the discerning parent(s) who is/are intentional about engaging in meaningful ways with their infant. We got this book for Baby Boy around two months but were still elated to find that we accomplished all the 0-3 activities intuitively. Looking forward to months 4-6!

Kind of overrated but still functional
It’s a really good idea however after purchasing I don’t think it’s really that necessary or worth the money. You can just as easily look up little activities for each age group or even most apps offer free suggestions like Huckleberry. If you’re wanting a solid copy though then this will definitely do it. It explains the activities, age range, and why it’s important to do. The product is exactly as listed so the 3 stars are really just the price point.

Great for FTM
As a FTM, I’ve found these very helpful. Rather than scrolling trying to find good activities with my infant, I just grab this and find great ideas and the reasoning behind the activity within seconds. Everything I’ve tried so far, my little girl has loved.
