Works well. I use on myself, an adult, 35 y/o female, on the creases of my groin and under my boobs. If I don’t use, I can get irritation and then a rash. So this helps as a preventative and helps heal if I already have irritation due to forgetting to use. I like this one compared to other brands like desitin because it’s easier to wash off my hands and isn’t as thick

This worked super well for us! We kept fighting a diaper rash despite super frequent changes and every possible cream or ointment you could think of! It’s good size to take in the diaper bag and smells good!
