Dr. Talbots maximum strength diaper rash ointment is a very thick white paste. This particular diaper cream is a 1 oz tube that is great for packing in a diaper bag on the go. I typically use this type of diaper cream if there is already a rash, I typically stick to the thinner more oily diaper ointments for help with prevention. This rash cream has added Peruvian balsam, not sure exactly what that does as there is nothing on the package to explain that, would be nice if there was something on the packaging to explain what it’s purpose is.

Classic for a reason!
I feel like Dr. Talbot has been around forever…. So they must be doing SOMETHING right! 😂 This is a great/necessary addition to any gift basket you can put together for a new parent (and though the baby won’t know it, they will be appreciative! 😂) now, make SURE you do a little spot test first in case there are any skin issues, but otherwise you’ll be wondering how anyone ever lived without this little magical tube! 😂

Helped my nephew
I bought this for my nephew when he was dealing with a stubborn diaper rash, and it really made a difference. The ointment is thick enough to create a good barrier but still spreads easily without being messy. Within a couple of days of consistent use, his skin started looking much calmer and the redness was almost gone.I also like that it has zinc oxide plus Peruvian balsam, which seems to soothe the irritation instead of just covering it up. The 4 oz tube is a generous size too, so it should last a while.It’s not the cheapest option on the shelf, but based on how quickly it helped clear up his rash, I’d say it’s worth it.

Thick but Effective Fast Relief for Bad Diaper Rash
This ointment is very thick, but it works well. I noticed a big difference after just one or two uses. It helped calm down redness and irritation quickly, even on stubborn rashes. The zinc oxide forms a strong barrier and really protects the skin.It has no dyes, talc, or parabens, which is a plus if you’re dealing with sensitive skin. The 14 oz jar is large, so it lasts a while even with frequent use.Just be aware it’s greasy and hard to wash off. It doesn’t spread easily and can get messy on clothes or blankets. The smell is noticeable but not overpowering.Overall, it’s a strong, effective ointment for tough diaper rash, especially when other creams aren’t working

Highly recommend!
This diaper rash cream has surpassed my expectations! It is nice and thick and creates a really great barrier for diaper rash. It also smells pretty decent as well. It cleared up my daughter’s diaper rash in a couple days, much faster than some of the over the counter products I’ve used. There is a lot of product in this tub as well and does not take that much to get a good, full coverage, so it will last a long time! Honestly, I can’t speak highly enough about this product!
