Shelf stable probiotic
I’m happy with the Subculture Probiotic for women. There are 30 capsules and the dose is one per day. I take them primarily for digestion but they are also formulated for vaginal and immune wellness. They are easy to swallow. They are vegetarian and kosher. They do not need to be refrigerated, but simply kept closed in a dry place. There is no off-putting or overwhelming scent or taste. I’ve taken them for abput a week and they seem to function as well as a probiotic I usually take.

Good value probiotic
Works the same as the more expensive one’s I was buying at the retail stores. Great value for a probiotic, but haven’t really noticed them to be better or worse than the other ones I was using, overall good product with no side effects like upset stomach, headache etc. Recommend overall

I really like these Enzymedica SubCulture Probiotics. They have 50 billion CFU, are time released, and you only need to take one a day. Everything I want and need in a women’s probiotic. They are easy to swallow as well.
