Definitely combine with Frida pillow
It doesn’t get very hot but they are really nice and it’s cool you can just drop them in boiling water for 5-10 min and reuse them also we got the Frida pillow as well and it’s definitely a great combination together on your back

No vale la pena
Me decepcionó mucho esta compra, no vale para nada la pena pagar por esto, en el primer uso te asombra y es fantástico ya despues del primer uso no vale la pena jamás vuelve a ser lo que fue al principio! Estoy muy disgustada.

Great instant heat packs. Easy to activate and keep with rising supplies. My critique of this is that the abdominal pocket on the frida pillow for these heat packs is extremely inaccessible. It is inside the main pillow and insert area and difficult to get to especially for a post partum mama trying to feed her baby. Easy to add to the back pocket but I wanted to heat my abdomin with nursing cramps post partum
