THIS IS A MUST HAVE
This is THE SPRAY to get for postpartum. I’m telling you. Even after my 2nd born I used it (I had a c section with him) it has WAY better ingredients than the numbing spray they give you at the hospital. It has healing and calming ingredients along with the numbing. Ingredients I can understand and are okay to use on our footer cat! I came across this BY RANDOM. I wish more moms knew about this stuff. AND IT IS CHEAP. I’d buy this for double the price lol. It lasts FOREVER. One bottle, TWO BIRTHS! And I used it even after i didn’t need it like that. I used it during that period of time when you start to do the deed again. I had a pretty bad tear etc. it wasn’t too fun for me. Even now, years later there are times when I get irritated again. This spray saves me EVERYTIME. I also use their herbal only spray too (after pain subsides). There isn’t a smell. Unlike the stuff at the hospital that smells like aerosol bc IT IS! Anyway this is one of the top products I tell new moms to get!

Pain gone
This stuff is great! Used for a crack nipple during breastfeeding and has taken the pain away. Used it on some minor cuts too!

Definitely helps
I ended up with second degree lacerations after having my baby and this stuff helped ease the pain so much, especially since they only really give you Tylenol or ibuprofen, and cold pads. The only downside for me is that I’m allergic to lavender and this of course contains lavender. I still used it though, I can’t imagine if I hadn’t had it with me.

Must have for the first few days postpartum.
Was a game changer right after giving birth to my son. Really helped me feel better. Easy to spray. Great value.

Helpful for tears and swelling!
Used this after a second degree tear, and did find that it helped with pain. I ultimately found myself reaching for the dermoplast more often as I found it provided more immediate and longer lasting relief.

Numbs Well
This spray is wonderful. It works very quickly and lasts a good length of time. It lasts about 6 hours for me. Doesn’t help with any itching though. But you can use a hydrocortisone cream for that.I recommend this spray for pain relief.

Great Relief for Postpartum Recovery!
I was a huge fan of the herbal postpartum spray at first (you can read my previous review), but then I received a bottle of this spray directly from Lansinoh to test and review… and it blew the herbal spray out of the water for me.If you don’t like to medicate, you may still choose the herbal spray. No shame in that at all. However for me, this lidocaine spray was superior simply because of the numbing capabilities. It helped me feel more human in the weeks postpartum where it seems as though everything is leaking and your body is not yours. While the lochia has slowed down, the postpartum hemorrhoids are still very real. This spray has been saving my life in that regard, if I’m being honest.I love the 360° sprayer, though I often find myself spraying directly onto toilet paper and getting the relief where I need it. This method prevents drips and soaked pads/underwear (I absolutely loathe that feeling). I have to mention that I also prefer this spray over the witch Hazel pads everyone seems to love. I hated having them stick to me or drop into the toilet (not flushable), so this has been a much better/more sanitary option this time around. I have used almost double the amount of this spray over the Lansinoh herbal postpartum spray. But again, that’s my personal preference (and relief).Overall, this spray along with the hot and cold packs (mostly living in my freezer at this point – 20 days PP) have been a very welcome addition to my postpartum basket and recovery routine this time around. I will be sure to use them again next time!
