It works!
My hair grows at least 3/4 of an inch a month. My nails are stronger and I have more energy. I feel very good when I take these vitamins. I like that its a liquid so its easy to swallow. The taste is ok, could be a little better, but its not awful. Overall I am very happy with the quality of the product and the results.

This definitely got my hair growth back up to speed. I put off dying my hair so that I could measure my growth rate. Before I started the vitamins I had half an inch or less of growth in 2 months. After taking this for one month it grew another inch. I now have a bunch of crazy short hairs sticking out all around my head.This also gives me a great energy and mood boost. I’m sure that I was lacking in an essential vitamin. That effect will probably be less noticeable for someone who isn’t deficient, but I love the feeling.The downside of it, this is not really preventing hair fall for me. I started taking additional supplements for that and use nizoral. Looks like I will also be trying minoxidil. If you are dealing with other underlying health issues then this one supplement may not be able to fully control hair fall. Mine is likely a combo of age related hormones and weight loss so, yeah, good luck right. I’ll keep taking this as long as I can afford it.The taste is alright. I swig it down quickly and refill the little cup with water so to get as much vitamin as possible from the cup. It is a thicker consistency. It’s not nearly as bad as msm powder.

Prior to purchase I (too) read a ton of reviews. At first I was very hesitate in purchasing; I was worried I’d fallen for another influencer dupe to purchase something that doesn’t really help my specific needs. I decided to take the plunge and try after all; the reviews were amazing and I was hopeful. I’m thrilled I took the plunge! This stuff is life changing! I’ve always battled sensitivity to products (stomach backlash) and have battled thin hair my whole life so I started lightly once I received this in the mail. The bottle is much bigger than I had anticipated and the taste was surprisingly good. The flavor is mango and does not leave a weird after taste.The dosage stated I could take up to 2 tablespoons a day. Because of my sensitive stomach, I started with just a teaspoon every other day. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to have revenge tummy (honestly was afraid of reverse GI issues). After a week, I bumped up to one tablespoon every other day and then the following week, one tablespoon a day. I’m now taking this daily and following the two tablespoon dosage recommendations. I have not had any stomach issues and I’ve noticed a HUGE difference in my hair! My hair feels fuller, has begun growing back following terrible postpartum hair loss (I’m talking 4 years trying to recover the loss) and has a beautiful shine to it.I would highly recommend this for anyone who also battles thin, fine hair, especially those who battle hair loss. My hair stylist who has been cutting and coloring my hair for a decade has even commented on the difference my hair quality has been.I don’t have enough room to state how incredible this product is and I hope you take the plunge too. My only complaint is the price point, but you get what you pay for— and you get quality AND quantity with this one!

Great product for good health. Pleasant taste and easy on stomach. On month 3 and starting to see new hair growth. It’s pricey but worth it. I always watch for good sales and buy ahead on Prime Days

Good supplement!!
I began taking Mary Ruth’s for my thinning hair due to weight loss and menopause as I was desperate to find an answer.. I was surprised that I do like the mango/peach flavor. I put it in a shot glass and take it every morning as part of my daily routine. My hair does seem to slowly be returning. My finger nails are strong again. I gave it four stars only because it is not the only thing I take for my hair daily. I also take a biotin and collagen that my Dr recommended. But I WILL continue to take this supplement.

Use this for the whole family
10000% worth the price and works as promised. I use this for myself and two of my toddlers a 2 year old and 4 year old. My two year old would always have a horrible time every time she got sick which would be often and last a long time no matter if it was a simple cold or something stronger. Specially during school season where everyone is sick and oftenMy two year old rarely gets sick and when she does it last maybe 3 days to a week and is not severe. I was also on a liquid diet for several months and I usually come out with vitamin d deficiency or anemia without the diet and when I went for my checkups I was perfectly healthy with no deficiencies. I don’t notice any difference in terms of appetite which I mention because some vitamins do make me hungrier, I don’t notice a difference with my skin, hair or nails but do see a huge difference health wise in me and my children.I think the taste is a little too sweet but nothing I can’t tolerate. For my children I mix it with their juice and they have no issues drinking it. There’s no medicine test at all.

Pricey but WORTH IT!!
Expensive for only a 30 day supply but honestly worth it!!!! It’s like a puree consistency to me as far as the texture. Pretty easy to take and not a heavy after taste. Prior to taking this, I was struggling with splitting toenails & fingernails. My nails also would grow in length but be so flimsy and break off. My nail beds also were dry looking and dull. Now they have a beautiful shine to them, no splitting, and my nails are hard/strong. I also feel like my skin is glowing and have gotten compliments about it. I also struggle with seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp to the point where I scratch so much my hair can come out. I can visibly see a decent amount of growth in the spots that I pick at. Wish this product was more affordable but it’s definitely worth the money & I’ll keep purchasing.
