Compatible with other pumps, not just Medela!
I exclusively breastfeed my baby, but I’m an over-supplier so I need to pump at least 1 or 2 times a day on top of nursing. I also have a toddler and I’m about to go back to work from maternity leave. I knew I needed a solution to easily pump in the car to save some precious time (if you have 2 under 2, you know every moment counts lol!)I had tried pumping with my hands free bra and using the regular collection bottles, and if you’ve tried that you also know it’s not fun. You can do it, but it’s a pain and there’s no way to be discreet. I don’t exactly want to pull up to daycare drop off half dressed. 😂I’ve used Momcozy pumps before and still had some from my first breastfeeding journey, but to my dismay the replacement parts for the one I had were no longer available. It was only 2 years since I bought the pump so I was pretty shocked they discontinued that quickly….I had considered trying to order the cups for Elvie Stride and see if they would be compatible with my Motif or SpeCtra pumps, but they are $$$ and a ton of pieces to clean. Then I came across these! I was nervous they wouldn’t work, but from what I can tell you can likely hook them up to any pump. You just plug the tubing you already have into the Medela adapters, and you’re good to go! I’ve used these with my Motif Duo & Motif Luna with no issues. I pumped 10oz with the Luna on my commute today, with no leaks.Pros:• Seem to be compatible with any pump.• Holds a good volume, I had 6oz in one cup and not even close to overflowing.• Only 3 pieces to clean.• Can use with a regular stretchy/roomy bra, you don’t need a special hand free pumping bra.• From a reputable and consistent brand, so replacement parts should be easy to purchase (as long as they don’t get discontinued)• Easy to pour milk from• Flat bottom so you can set cups on the counter without spilling• I’m sensitive to EMF, and this is a way to have a hands free pumping experience without Bluetooth since you can connect to whatever pump body you prefer (Most of the wearables on the market now connect to an app and have to use Bluetooth)Cons:• They aren’t small — you will have Dolly Parton boobs while wearing. Not a collection cup you could wear with nobody noticing.• There are a couple spots where small amounts of milk can get stuck – but I’ve had this problem with any wearable I’ve tried.• The plastic parts can be hard to detach for cleaning, I keep my nails short but if you have long nails I think it might be a challenge to get them open.• Only 24mm and 21mm flange sizes – most moms are smaller. I had to order 18mm adapters from Maymom but they were affordable and work perfectly with these cups.I’m a huge fan of these, I’m thankful for Medela making these collection cups as an option. I hope to see other pump manufacturers follow suit, as this is a way more affordable option than buying a whole new pump. 🙂

Super convenient and comfortable. Gives me great output.
I love using these cups and “hacking” them with my spectra s1. I like that they are hard plastic flanges and not silicone so I get the same output that I get with my spectra flanges. These are also only three pieces to wash so it’s super quick and easy to clean and assemble. The only downside is that they are super pricey for only the cups. They also only come with one pair of the membranes and I feel like for the price an extra pair should be included.

Simple to use & clean
Great and easy to use. Difficult to take apart (may need better hand strength on my part) but simple to clean.Do wish they made smaller size openings in the breast shields like a 17mm. Since new studies are out on best milk collection with proper flange/breast shield fit, over nipple not with the extra room. (Info from lactation specialist at Evergreen Hospital)Overall do still recommend.

Pump It Like It’s Hot! Medela Made Me a Milk Machine
Let me just say—if pumping were an Olympic sport, the Medela Pump In Style Pro would be my gold-medal-winning coach. After a rocky first breastfeeding journey with the Spectra (bless its heart) and Momcozy (yikes), I wasn’t expecting to enjoy pumping. But Medela came in like a lactation superhero. 💪Comfort Level: Cloud NineThis pump is so comfy, I almost forgot I was pumping. No pinching, no weird suction surprises—just smooth, gentle milk magic.Milk Output: Moo-ving On UpI was producing like a dairy queen. Seriously, I saw better output with Medela, and I didn’t even have to do a motivational pep talk before each session.Lights, Levels, Love ItThe lights on top? Genius. I always knew what level I was on—even during those 3 a.m. zombie-mom sessions. It’s like the pump was cheering me on: “You got this, mama!”Portable & PracticalIt’s sleek, easy to carry, and doesn’t look like a spaceship. I could pump anywhere without feeling like I was setting up a science experiment.Bottom line: If you want a pump that’s comfy, efficient, and low-key fabulous, Medela Pump In Style Pro is your girl. I’m officially a Medela fangirl—and my freezer stash agrees.

Useless collection cups
I wanted to use the hands-free collection cups on my Pump In Style but cleverly, Medela ensured that you need to buy a whole new pump and tubing for that, so reluctantly I did.Once they arrived I sanitized and pumped while going about my day only to be disappointed that it only got a fraction of the Pump In Style and regular collection cups. After using it a couple more times with minor adjustments the milk yield still have not improved.Upon investigation, I realised that the hands-free collection cups seem to allow small amounts of pressure in overtime, weakening the suction capability, thus pulling less milk. I checked them for cracks but there weren’t none. It just seems like the cups just do not make a good seal in general.I held the hands-free cups in my hands to cover any areas where I thought air might be getting in and was able to get a decent yield. However, once you get a large amount of milk in these cups, getting the milk out safely is like a military operation.Needless to say, spills ensued, and that was the last dealing that I had with these so-called hands-free collection cups. I can deal with the fact that these didn’t work properly and just get a refund. However, the fact that I had to get these in the first place when Medela could just so easily make their cups and tubing universal across all machines just seems like greed on their part. Juggling breastfeeding, working and looking after a newborn is stressful enough without this. Things like this that make me understand why some women would rather just use formula.

Highly recommend!
I wish I would have had these with my first pumping journey. The cups are easy to fit in your regular bra, no need for the pumping bras that cut off circulation to your nipples. They are easy to clean and store as well. Recommend for every mom using a Medela pump!

I just had my second child and wanted a hands free pump but all the other hands free pumps don’t have great suction for the cheaper ones anyways. So I decided to try out these cups as they are compatible with my Medela Freestyle Flex. The reviews I read before purchasing were mixed but it has been a game changer for me for pumping since they fit in my bra. There not completely hands free since I still have the tubing connected to the power but I wear baggy shirts anyways while pumping so the cord is hidden. Suction is great and love that there are only three parts to wash. Recommend this for anyone who has existing Medela pump that this is compatible with.

The handsfree cups make pumping so much more convenient. I can pump while holding my baby which means it’s less stressful and I’m in less of a rush. This also means I can collect more. I do have to stay near a power point but this doesn’t bother me. I take it as an opportunity to sit still!

Me han servido mucho, así tengo las manos libres y puedo hacer cosas, ya que mi extractor no traía estas y tenía que estar agarrándolas y no podía hacer nada, las recomiendo.

These are a must. I have already recommended to many of my friends. I had an older style medela pump with the bottle attachments. These are a game changer. Also they come with an adapter so the hose fits the older style pump with the round end. This hose has the triangular end. Excellent and they go on sale pretty often too.
