Amazing customer service
I love this pump! Mainly because it’s hands free/ worry free. I am a 34G and did not think these would work for me but they absolutely do. MomCozy is a wonderful company! Three-ish months after I started using the M5 pump, one of them stopped working properly. MomCozy customer service sent me a replacement very quickly and they did not hassle me. I am so relieved and so happy to keep using this pump.

Great product and customer service
These have been a life saver for a busy mom to toddlers with a new baby in the NICU… allows me to do life and take care of my little one’s needs for fresh breastmilk too.The customer service team also was super helpful when one broke with a mechanical issue, perhaps caused by usage, responded quickly and sending a replacement in the mail. Helped me not stress out to have such a quick and ready to help response within hours!

Invest in your pumps!! It’s worth it!!
I am a HUGE fan of my momcozy M5s. But when the parts start to wear out due to usage, you can just tell the suction isn’t as great, and you don’t get as good of a pump. It is recommended to change your pump parts every 3 months (I like to do so every 6). Purchased these to replace my old parts and my pumps are working as good as new!! All I had to do was put in the adjusted flange sizes from my old ones and everything else came new (the collector cup, outer cap, small pump piece and suction cap) Momcozy is such a great brand, even though it’s a little pricey. You pay for what you get and as a mom of two- I can honestly say I swear by mom cozy products.

Must-have for any exclusively pumping mama
I had been on the fence for a long time about getting a wearable, but I’m so glad I pulled the trigger on the M5! It’s SO CONVENIENT to be able to pump on the go and way easier to take care of baby not being hooked up to my Spectra. My supply hasn’t dipped at all, it’s actually gone up because I’m sticking to my schedule so much better with these!My only complaints are that it will absolutely leak all over you if it’s not assembled perfectly correctly (so pay close attention) and it’s not as quiet as I’d hoped…. But you can’t beat the convenience and the price point.

Me encanta el sacaleches y la brida funcionaba perfectamente pero es la segunda que compro (27 mm) que al momento de esterilizar (con todo el cuidado) se abomba el plástico 😤 y deja de funcionar porque en la primera ocasión la puse en una extracción y dañó el motor porque ya no sellaba correctamente. No me ha pasado con las bridas originales del sacaleches (24 mm)
