CLOGS BEGONE!
This device is a lifesaver for clogged milk ducts! I was in so much pain the day these came and had been for 3 days before. No matter how much I massaged or took pills that were supposed to help nothing could help.I charged this and used it within an hour. It’s very easy to use, the heat level is amazing, and it had the perfect vibration and massage levels to get my clogs out. I would definitely buy again and I still use it just to help get my milk out to avoid more clogs. So far the battery life is great as I haven’t had to charge it again and I’ve used it during every pump session for the past few days. The design is also great and it’s such a soft material against your skin.

Engorgement relief
Love it for engorging breasts. It’s have immediate relief. The only function I really don’t use is the vibration. But the heat and massager is on for every feeding along with a milk catcher.

Charger Could be Better
So far the product does what it says it does – it vibrates, warms, and massages clogged ducts – it helps provide relief and encourages flow. Now – the reason for 3 stars – the charging mechanism/actual charger itself is atrocious. Like seriously the worst. It’s “magnetized” but hardly. Since it doesn’t come charged (which I found super annoying – especially for a momma seeking relief) you have to fully charge it before use. Well. This takes 1 1/2 hours to do. So if you’re like me you’re stuck pumping (I’m an exclusive pumper) and trying to massage out what you can (I.e. where you were before this product). But the real annoying part is that the charging mechanism FALLS OUT/COMES OFF!!!! So unless you are super careful – like almost surgically careful – if you put the charger in then place it let’s say on a hard surface to charge like a nightstand THE CHARGER FALLS OUT WHEN YOU PUT IT DOWN. I only noticed when I went back after pumping and saw it had fallen out. It’s annoying because it means more time to charge/longer time for relief. Also the buttons are annoying and a bit finicky but my real reason for the 3 stars is the charger and charging mechanism. They obviously only wanted you to use their charger so they made it as unique as possible. Which the idea itself is fine (the world totally needs more chargers/random stuff to lose around a house full of kids/pets and what not /s) it’s just the design is terrible and annoying. Honestly just use a usb-c charger with a silicon cover and be done with it.

Would be 5⭐️ if Charger actually was in box
I got this at my baby shower and haven’t needed it until yesterday, when I got mastitis and really needed someway to help my newborn get all my milk out every feed. So I eagerly grabbed the box opened it up, and stuck it onto the deep red skin on my breast it worked so well on emptying my ducts and heating up. I was so thankful it had a charge when out of box…well fast forward about 2 feeds later and it died, no biggie go to box to get charger..and there was NO CHARGER AND ITS NOT one I can find anywhere in my pile of cords so here I am with a tool that helped my mastitis for about 7hrs only to have no way to continue 😭😭 hoping I can exchange the product asap but 1 day of waiting for something that helped me so much is absolutely detrimental in the beginning days of a breast infection. I recommend checking your box BEFORE you desperately need to use this. 😢
