Save yourself (and your wrists) the trouble, buy this one!
When I tell you I would have paid 10X this price for this pillow 3 weeks into my first breastfeeding journey, you need to understand this is no exaggeration. Round the clock feeding trying to smush/squish and adjust other pillows that don’t have the belt or just regular old bed pillows 10/10 don’t recommend. Both my wrists and shoulder were suffering before this guy! The belt truly is the golden ticket, keeping this pillow in place and supportive at 2pm or 3am. Love that a waterproof liner and additional covers are available for those messy moments, because trying to clean poo off the cover when your eyes won’t stay open is not a party I recommend attending, much better to just have a second handy! Overall great quality and highly functional item!

Works as expected
Seems like most of the people giving negative reviews just had misplaced expectations – but this was exactly what I expected and I’m very happy with my purchase. It is a plastic cover to go under the cloth cover. It only covers the big part of the pillow, but it doesn’t need to cover the rest because you’re unlikely to get milk on that part. I find it essential to prevent milk from seeping into the pillow and making it stank. I have a pretty fast flow and good supply so either I get milk on the pillow or my baby spits up on it. It doesn’t make the pillow crinkly or annoying, and it makes it easier to get the cloth covers on and off. The one disadvantage is that since the milk doesn’t seep into the pillow it stays wet, but you can just take off the cloth cover and hang it up to dry (or wash it).I highly recommend getting this in advance to protect your pillow.

This is just a piece of plastic sized to fit the main part of the pillow. It is not a polyester material as description states on video show pillow put on

Clear & waterproof
Exactly what I was looking for. A clear, waterproof cover to put on my nursing pillow, UNDER the cute cover it came in. I’m used to babies pooping out halfway through a nursing session so just trying to make my life easier and not have to wash the pillow again when that happens. It slipped on easily, will be able to wipe it clean if baby poops. Fit my breast friend pillow great!

This is a must if you have the Brest friend pillow! The pillow itself is more of a foam material so it’s extremely helpful having the protector to ensure no milkies or other spills damage the pillow.

Functional but flawed—halfway there but not quite what I expected
I purchased this plastic cover to protect my nursing pillow, but I was surprised to find that it only covers half of the pillow (not the thinner part). It’s clear that the brand could design a cover to fit the entire pillow, so I don’t understand why this one doesn’t. While I won’t be returning it—it’s better than nothing—I think this limitation should be clearly stated in the product description. If it covered the entire pillow, this would easily be a 5-star product. Unfortunately, it only partially does the job, and I worry about my pillow potentially breaking at the thinner section without adequate support. For now, it’s 3 stars.
