Great for singletons too!
I have a single baby and this is way better than the single Brest Friend Pillow. I do the football hold and it’s so much easier to just move baby from one breast to the other instead of having to rotate the whole pillow. This is making my life so much easier and it’s also better for arm support. Also provides nicer back support than the single pillow. I’m a plus size girl and this fits around me with a lot of room to adjust further. Also love the pattern of the cover! It is a bit pricey due to the fact that the pillow is made of foam. I wouldn’t say that’s super quality but it does its job.

Worth it .
Works well , could only use for about a month as babies got to big . Was worth it but two pillows work fine if your low on cash for the amount of time you can use it . Recommend getting before going to the hospital.

Great for twins
It was perfect when i was learning to breastfeed my twins in the NICU but unfortunately my girls came home on oxygen and my breastfeeding journey ended prematurely. I would recommend for anyone trying to learn how to breastfeed.

Amazing for twins. The soft but firmness of this pillow worked wonders for me when breast feeding. My twins get so comfy they fall asleep after feeding on this pillow also

Love it, but foam loses shape
This would be a great pillow. The absolute holy grail of nursing pillows. Except that it is marketed for twins first and plus size second. I guarantee that there are more breastfeeding plus size moms than moms with twins. But my real issue with this pillow is that I’ve had it for exactly one month and the foam is already breaking down and losing its shape and getting squished. I also have the original “My Brest Friend” and the foam on that one is better quality. Harder? More dense? I don’t know, but it didn’t lose its shape after a month of use. I’m wearing this thing at least 12 hours a day. 50% of my life right now with my 8 week old. That’s just facts. And this pillow was pretty expensive for the foam to be caving in like this.I would still 100% recommend this pillow to all nursing moms. It is big and comfy and baby can sprawl out when they’re milk drunk. But the foam situation is bumming me out

Good quality, size, length , thickness of base everything is perfect. Back support is bit annoying, you can’t actually use the pillow attached at the back unless you have petite figure and have huge gap between you and the pillow itself and if you remove, velcro rub against your back which is irritating, so invest in some maternity t shirts.
