They are nice and soft. The size fit my 3 wks old but they come off easily (as soon as the baby moves. One of them had the bow become unattached before I even used it though. The material is not of hospital quality grip.

The Newborn Baby Hats and Mittens Set boasts good quality materials and a soft feel, which is appreciated for delicate newborn skin. However, I found the sizing to be quite inconsistent. While the mittens were surprisingly small and difficult to fit on my newborn’s hands, the caps were conversely too large, slipping down over their face. This sizing discrepancy makes the set unsuitable for true newborns, despite the otherwise good quality. It’s a shame, as the set is adorable and well-made, but the sizing issues prevent it from being practical for its intended age range.
