Don’t leak
These bags stand well on their own when full and don’t leak. I prefer these over cimilare and lasinoh bags because they handle being frozen and thawed better and I am more confident in the seal. They pour into bottles well. Easier to pour than lasinoh for sure. Cimilare bags poured easiest but don’t have the double zip and therefore are prone to leaks.

Most favorite milk bags
I have pumped now with 4 kids and tried several brands of bags, and these are by far my most favorite. They are sturdy and out of the thousands that I’ve used, I’ve only had a very small handful that have leaked, and this usually happens only after we’ve dropped a frozen bag of milk and made a small puncture hole. I will not use any other bag!

Liquid Gold Storage – 5 Stars
Nuk Breastmilk bags are the only storage bags I have used while pumping. After reading so many reviews from others saying they leak I didn’t want to take any chances. Breastmilk is liquid gold and I want to be reassured that my hard work is stored safely! Zipper is easy to open and close. Tabs are easy to write dates and amounts. Wish the storage lines were more accurate, but I have heard that is an issue with all bags.

Redesign/red bags are awful
I just ordered 200 bags and received the redesigned red Nuk bags. They are terrible in comparison to the old blue bags. I used over 1,000 of the original blue Nuk bags while pumping at work and freezing milk for my first baby and had maybe one leak. They were easy to fill, easy to prepare for freezing (i.e., easy to squeeze and remove air bubbles before sealing), easy to pour, etc. The plastic was thick and pliable.The new red bags are very stiff and not pliable. This makes them difficult to prepare for freezing; I have not yet been able to remove air bubbles without losing some precious breast milk from the bag. The redesigned dual zipper does not seem as secure as the blue bags’ double seal (again, milk leaks as I’m removing air bubbles prior to closure). Overall the new red Nuk bags feel cheap and I’m worried about wasted milk. Very disappointed. If Nuk has an explanation for the redesign (aside from cutting costs), I’d like to know. And because I ordered 200 and opened the plastic bag containing four individual boxes, I cannot return the product.
