This is the perfect multivitamin for people like me who has difficulty swallowing huge tablets. They are capsules in the right size and all the needed vitamins and minerals to supplement what your eating habits don’t supply. The fact that it contains probiotics is also a plus for your digestive system.

Excelente multivitaminico
Compré este multivitamínico porque me sentía con poca energía y quería complementar mi alimentación. Después de dos semanas de uso, me siento muchísimo más enérgica durante todo el día. Las cápsulas son un poco grandes, pero faciles de tragar con agua. Me gusta que no tienen un sabor fuerte ni me causaron malestar estomacal. La presentación es práctica y la relación calidad-precio me parece muy buena. En mi caso funcionó muy bien, así que lo recomiendo para quienes buscan un refuerzo diario.

These are wonderful
These are amazing!I usually get tired after taking a regular multi. These I took in the morning and I was prepared to be tired, I didnt have work or nothing, but instead I felt very focused and present. Had energy. When I went to bed I went straight into an intense deep sleep and had an amazing dream. The dream felt so real and felt like it lasted all night. I had to get up to grab a package and had no problem going back to sleep like I usually do. I highly reccomend these.

Great multivitamin
I have picky teenagers so I bought this for them. They take it with lunch or dinner daily without any problems. No stomach upset or any reactions. Older one is getting her bloodwork done soon so we’ll see if she deficient or if this multivitamin is given her what she’s missing dietary wise. No issuses with the product ever. I chose this product because they have third-party testing and it’s made in the USA as well.
