Really happy with this caddy. It’s lightweight but feels sturdy, and the handles make it easy to carry from room to room. The compartments are a good size and help keep everything tidy instead of digging through a cluttered drawer.The design is adorable without being over the top. It blends in nicely with the rest of the nursery decor. Everything from diapers to bottles fits with no problem. Simple, useful, and well-made.

Very cute felt diaper bag with only a few minor inconveniences.
This diaper caddy is exactly what I expected. I knew it was felt from the start, which was fine, though do note that this may make it difficult to clean. I ordered the XL size in pink, and it holds more than enough. The attached little bear keychain is a cute touch and makes it feel gift-ready for a baby shower.The removable inserts are a little tricky to attach because of the way they need to be lined up, but once they’re in place, they stay put. I think I would have preferred non-removable inserts for a sturdier structure, since the current setup depends on lining up the Velcro panels, and isn’t much room for customization anyway, since the Velcro is in fixed spots.Because of its slightly bulky size and only slight rigidity, I don’t plan on moving the caddy around too often. The handles are nice but a bit short, especially if the bag is loaded with taller items like lotion bottles. That makes it slightly uncomfortable to carry when full, though it doesn’t affect overall usability. When it’s not full the pockets tend to bow a little bit which makes it a bit unwieldy.The side pockets are underwhelming because they sit very flat against the surface of the bag and don’t expand much. They do work for holding smaller items like brushes, as shown in the product photos, but I haven’t needed to use them for that. The main interior compartment is the reason I bought this caddy, and it does its job well.The stitching on the trim is clean and reinforces the straps nicely. Overall, it’s a functional and cute diaper or baby supply bag that works very well despite my few complaints.

Love this diaper caddy! I got the regular size, it’s perfect for our living room. It has 3 compartments that are very functional for all things needed for diaper changes. Super easy to assemble and came packaged very cute. Would make a great gift!

Really large & cute! Just wish all edges had been covered
This is a really large caddy with lots of cute little details. The beige color and overall look of the caddy matches the online photos. It’s pretty sturdy despite being made of what looks like felted material, although I probably wouldn’t completely fill this with very heavy, dense items, but a couple spread out would probably be fine.This arrives flat and tied in a bow so it had pretty cute presentation if you were wanting to gift it alone. I personally haven’t decided if I’m going to fill it with the little things I’ve started to gather for my unborn nephew and give the whole thing as a gift or if I’ll keep in here to use for the baby supplies I’ll need on hand for future aunt babysitting duties.The dividers can be removed and replaced in part or in full, if you wish, although the set up configuration is limited to where the velcro patches are. Thankfully the softer side is what’s on the inside of the caddy so even if you choose to not use any dividers, it won’t scratch you. However, the edges of the dividers as well as some of the lower outer edges of the caddy are actually quite sharp. Most of the edges have been covered with this cute gingham fabric which prevents it from rubbing against the skin, but these other edges were left exposed for some reason and are a little scratchy when you’re reaching into the caddy.
