Great prenatal
This prenatal was recommended by my midwife and I have really liked it. I used it through pregnancy and nursing and now just take one a day (instead of 3) as great all around vitamin. It has a great complication of vitamins and minerals, with the source of each listed next to it’s name. It also has vitamin D3 and DHA, both of which are important during pregnancy, all in one so multiple supplements aren’t necessary. I would recommend this product and will continue to use it myself.

Great Prenatal Vitamin!
This is the vitamin that my chiropractor recommended during my first pregnancy, and I am using it again for my second. You take 3 softgels daily, so this bottle will last 30 days. It says to take with food, but I have always taken them as I’ve gone to bed without food and been just fine. My first baby was born healthy, and I never struggled with anemia or anything. Yes, that is anecdotal, and every pregnancy is different, but I feel good about these vitamins!

I took this with my first pregnancy and before I got pregnant with my second and all through my second. I love this prenatal vitamin, I take all three pills at night with no side effects. It makes my hair grow faster along with my nails also I’ve noticed my hair does not fall out as much as it normally would! Great product!

Unsafe doses
Look carefully at the ingredients! Many of the vitamins are outside the range of what’s known to be safe. For example, one serving size includes over 17,000% of the RDA of Vit B12!

These have been by far my favorite prenatal vitamins. Research the ingredients of this prenatal compared to others and you will learn the value of this one. Easy to swallow and doesn’t make me vomit like others have or have a strange aftertaste.
