So Comfortable and Reliable — Perfect for Postpartum!
I absolutely love Rael’s disposable underwear! I used them postpartum and they were a total lifesaver. Super soft, breathable, and way more comfortable than the ones they give you at the hospital. They hold pads securely, don’t feel bulky, and never bunched or rolled down.What I appreciate most is how secure and leakproof they felt, without sacrificing comfort. They gave me peace of mind during those early healing days. Also great for heavy periods or travel — I’ve already repurchased and will keep some on hand just in case.Highly recommend for any mama building her postpartum kit!

The best disposable period undies!
I bought these before a bisalp procedure because I had heard you could bleed after and you’re not allowed to use anything internally like tampons or a cup. I have been a religious cup user for about 6 years now but I had a feeling that pulling on my cup to remove it was contributing a lot to my cramping during my cycle. Not only did these work great for post-surgery and are easy to remove without having to bend over due to the tearing feature, but they’re working great for my period now too. Even on my heaviest day, these undies absorbed everything and I had no leaks. For context, on my heaviest day, I will fill up a normal size cup in about 4-6 hours (or a super plus tampon in about 3-4 hours). I haven’t used pads since middle school and I always hated that feeling of sitting in your own blood. I don’t get that feeling with these at all. It is taking some time for me to stop clenching every time I feel myself bleeding, after a lifetime of that meaning my cup/tampon is leaking haha, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised that these undies are comfy, absorbent, and I feel confident that I won’t have a big old spot of blood on my butt walking around. I also am happy to say that my cramping has decreased dramatically now that I’m not pulling anything out while I’m sensitive. I’ve been totally converted to period undies and will be looking for a reusable solution now. But these were a great stepping stone and I would absolutely recommend them!!

Perfect for Postpartum Care
As someone with sensitive skin who gets rashes from all the usual period products, I have to search for cotton and/or organic products.I purchased these to wear after giving birth as the hospital provided pads give me an itchy rash.These disposable underwear were perfect.-I wore them by themselves or sometimes with witch hazel pads inside. They worked great. I didn’t have any leaks and everything remained contained. Just to note, I didn’t have very heavy bleeding.-The only time these got damp and weren’t comfortable is if I used witch hazel foam. I think it was a bit too wet as the interior surface of the underwear never got dry.-They were very comfortable. They seemed bulky but weren’t any more noticeable under clothing than regular underwear. They made no sound while moving.-I didn’t experience any allergic reactions or discomfort even after wearing for 24 hours.-It was much nicer using disposable underwear postpartum rather than pads since it has more coverage, and I didn’t have to worry about shifting pads or ruining underwear from leaks.

I use these during heavy period days. They are soft and comfortable, have great coverage and protection and they are low rise so they’re relatively discreet. Also love that they are chlorine free and unscented. Great for women like me with sensitive skin

Comfortable and good quality
Super good quality and good thickness. They absorb a lot and are great for periods and postpartum stuff. Soft and comfortable and work well. Not super stretchy which is ok cause they hold you in. The only thing I didn’t like is they are not cute looking on which most diapers aren’t but there are some on the market that are better looking and don’t feel as much like a diaper as this one. Overall great for around the house and the first week postpartum!

Amazing comfort for recovery after surgery
I bought these to wear during my recovery after laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis and this was without a doubt the best purchase I made in preparation for surgery. These are veeery light and stretchy and go right over my bloated belly and incisions. They sit 1-2 inches above my belly button. They provide my incisions with some protection yet are so soft and light I don’t really feel them. Finding options that were made of organic cotton was also very important to me because I have sensitive skin in all the ways and normal period products and synthetic fabrics irritate my skin and give me rashes. I’ve been wearing these disposable underwears by Rael for about a week day and night since my surgery and they have been amazing at keeping things breathable and irritation-free for my skin—no sweating, itching or rashes. I also love that the padding goes all the way from the back opening to the front opening and is well-designed to catch any leaks from any sides so I haven’t had to worry at all. The only thing is that I don’t know how these would look or fit under pants since I’ve only been wearing them under t-shirt dresses and gowns with nothing else for bottoms. However, I think it’s best to not wear pants for a while after giving birth or having pelvic surgery for a while anyway!

Writing this review after using it for one month.They definitely strive to provide the softness and comfort that they claim. No leaks whatsoever. They fit perfectly as well, for only providing two sizes. I was afraid it might be loose on me but they not only fit to skin, let alone heaving down with weight. I noticed a little smell but again, what sanitary wear doesn’t smell after wearing it for a couple of hours on heavy flow days. Nothing too bothering.What made me a fan of these are how flawless they seem under clothing. Like no one can tell that I’m flowing tons and wearing a diaper like other brands. Gotta love them for these. Doesn’t even sound plastic-ky when you walk like other brands would. I highly recommend wearing these to anyone with sensitive skin who get rashes like myself after just one day of wearing pads. These are heavenly soft and comfortable.

I was on the fence when deciding whether to purchase this. On the Rael website, the reviews for this product were pretty good, with the main complaint being sizing. I’m glad I decided to give the product a try.Backstory: started experiencing skin discomfort with menstrual pad wings (of a well known brand) against my skin, but for overnight, based on my flow on nights 1 & 2, I need some side coverage that wings provide.In doing a little searching, I came across this product. The idea of a diaper style initially made me giggle, but as I looked into it further, I was intrigued by the construction. I liked that the coverage up the front and back went right up – lots of coverage. I wasn’t completely sold that there wouldn’t be any side leakage. Sizing only comes in S-M and L-XL. The main complaint is that the leg opening is tight for some.Product Design: Where the waistband sits, I’m 32″ and top of thigh is 20″. The S-M size fits like a glove, and I have no issues with the product ripping as I’m pulling it up. The material is incredible soft and it didn’t take long to forget I was wearing it. The first time wearing it, I admit to checking often to ensure no side leakage. In my testing of how much it can hold, it has crept really close, but somehow the design of the sides hasn’t caused any leakage. This is amazing because with the overnight pads I have used in the past, sometimes there would be minor side leakage.Compared to the popular brand, this product definitely holds a lot, and I still feel dry, however, unlike the popular brand the way the blood is absorbed is different in that with Rael, the colour of the blood looks more like blood (brighter red). For me, this is not an issue. This is just something I noticed. I also noticed that with this product, there’s zero menstrual odor. And where I have had to change my overnight pad (popular brand) once or sometimes twice throughout the night, with this product I may only need to change it once (depending on flow). But last night I decided to chance it and I didn’t have any leaks. Wonderful!Removing the product is simple as per the instructions. Disposal is unfussy. This is my second cycle using this product and I’m very happy with it. It does cost more to use, but if I only need 1 or 2 per night, and only on my heavy nights, a package of 10 can last me 4-5 cycles. I do feel it’s hygenically better for me as there is no skin irritation (from the wings), and I don’t get sweaty down there with this product (probably because it’s organic cotton). I highly recommend this overnight product.

Used these postpartum and they were amazing. Great fit altough the do run small i find. Small/medium size was a bit tight and i weight 130 pounds. Other then that they were fantastic and so comfortable, felt like i was pretty much just wearing underwear. Wish i would of ordered 2 packs. I wore them daily!
