This little sound machine is adorable and works so well! The owl design is cute and fits perfectly in the nursery. It’s lightweight and portable, so I can move it from room to room or even clip it to the stroller or car seat. The sound quality is good, and it has a nice variety of soothing sounds and lullabies that help calm my baby and make bedtime so much easier. The volume control is a great feature, and the battery life lasts longer than expected. Definitely recommend for parents looking for a simple, effective, and portable sound machine!

Charming sound machine for home and on the go!
The functionality of this device is wonderful: its battery life is very efficient and you can get months of play on one battery set. The device itself looks like an owl with the speakers being cleverly disguised as wings. The tummy has all the remote settings that range from womb-like water sounds to light white noise of nature to soothing musical melody. I appreciate that this device is also portable with its stable base and its strap for securing onto a stroller, car seat, or diaper bag. As far as I know this device only comes in grey white and orange but it’s so neutral and bright that it’s fit nicely into any nursery. I’m including this device into all future Baby Shower gift bags for expecting friends and family. Love it!

I fell in love with his portable baby sound machine. I wanted to keep it for myself, but it was for my coworker who is expecting her first baby bigger than I thought it would be, but it’s definitely cute and what a great idea to hang out for the stroller as you’re walking.

With various soothing melodies and nature sounds, I was able to find the perfect tone to calm my son, which is a huge plus for us.However, the product does have its limitations. The most significant drawback is how long the noise plays. It only lasts up to six hours, which isn’t quite enough for longer outings or overnight use. I would have preferred a longer duration, around 12 hours, to avoid needing to replay the sound.Overall, despite this minor inconvenience, the Skip Hop Portable Baby Soother earns a solid 4 out of 5 stars from me. Its convenience and the ability to customize sounds make it a valuable tool for soothing your little one. If you’re looking for a reliable and versatile soother, this owl-themed option is worth considering.

The sounds and sound quality are really nice
This is a great compact travel sound machine for baby. The cute owl design makes it the perfect addition to any stroller, crib side, or playroom. The device will automatically shut off after 15, 30, or 60 min. This is nice because it also saves the battery life. This device does require (3) AAA batteries.

My baby loved this machine. We wouldn’t travel anywhere without it. Literally had this on everywhere we went for her. If the thing ran out of batteries it was the end of the world.-loved the bird sounds-disliked the 30min – 60min shut off, wish we could have just left it on-I think the machine kind of glitches with rechargeable batteries so if you are having trouble try using normal batteries instead.Anyways best machine ever. Portable was a game changer when she was really little. She is 10 months now and doesn’t really need it anymore but I still bring it along to help her sleep in the car

My daughter is 2.5 and has used it since birth. She can’t sleep without it. We have to change batteries every couple of months but other than that it’s perfect

We ended up buying two of these we use it so much – one for the car seat and one for the crib at night. Great for when we’re out and about, and we use it every night to help baby go to sleep. Little one loves the gentle music, and to be honest so do we. Lovely and relaxing! I only wish they would produce one with the same music and the function to turn back in if baby makes a noise. Genuinely recommend!
