As a pharmacist, my first thought seeing those endless dirty diapers was “oh no, the inevitable horrible diaper rash is coming.” You see the worst cases and just want to prevent it at all costs for your own baby.I’d heard good things about Triple Paste, often recommended by pediatricians, so I decided to give it a try right from the start. I have been so impressed and relieved. This cream is thick – like, properly thick – but that’s exactly what you want. It creates a really durable barrier between his delicate skin and all that moisture and irritation.Even with what feels like non-stop pooping, his skin has stayed clear. On the one occasion where I saw a tiny bit of redness starting (probably because I wasn’t quick enough with a change!), applying this cleared it right up by the next diaper change. It seems to really soothe the skin quickly, which might be thanks to the botanicals they include along with the heavy dose of zinc oxide.Knowing it’s hypoallergenic gives extra peace of mind for brand new, sensitive skin. Best diaper cream out there – especially for bad cases of diaper rash!
This item works like a dream. My daughter had really bad diaper rash – much worse than it had ever been. We had used Desitin normally, but it wasn’t doing a thing. Her rash was really raw, and after some research we had read that this was better – the ingredients other than the main ingredient in all of the diaper creams were much more natural and skin-friendly. Use of this cleared up her rash in 2 days after 2 weeks of constant Desitin not working. It has now become our go-to.

I used to use this on my son’s behind when he was a baby. He has very sensitive skin and would get nightmare diaper rash. THIS IS THE BEST for diaper rash. A day later it was no longer angry and two days later it would be almost cleared up. The uses do not stop there. Ladies, look no further if you get underboob rashes. Husband have swamp butt?
