Triple Paste is hands down the best diaper rash cream I’ve tried. It’s super thick, stays in place, and clears up even tough rashes overnight. My baby has very sensitive skin, and this doesn’t irritate at all — no fragrance, no harsh ingredients. A little goes a long way, and the results are fast and reliable. I have always used the red tube butt paste. It worked miracles on my first baby’s bootie, but their formula must have changed. Didn’t work at all on mt second baby’s diaper rash. This triple paste cleared her rash up within 36 hours. Easy to clean off your fingers afterwards if you’re not using a spatula. Very thick and creates a solid barrier. Doesn’t need to be remixed or come out runny like the red tube butt paste.
