The BEST postpartum kit!
I got this for my friend who had to have an emergency c-section and it’s been a game changer (her words). The belly band provides so much support and makes moving around much more manageable. As always, the disposable underwear is 11/10.It’s worth the money, Frida products have never disappointed!! Best of luck to all the new parents out there!

I have not had a c section, but LOVED the frida mom postpartum kit after both of my kids were born. When my sister had a C-section I amazon-ed this right down to her. She loved the socks and the straps and of course said the spray bottle is a big upgrade from the hospital.
